Instructions for rating call quality during the lesson๐
Upon entering the class, we recommend performing the configuration test to ensure that all equipment and the connection are ready for an excellent conversation with the teachers. โ๏ธ
Additionally, if you experience issues related to call quality, we offer the option to rate it by selecting the corresponding problem. ๐ ๏ธ
How to rate the call?
- After entering the class, you will see the "Connection failure" button (as shown in the picture).
- Clicking on the button will open a window with the following options:
- The call keeps breaking up
- Microphone noise
- Poor audio quality
- Poor video quality
3. Select the option that corresponds to the problem experienced and click "Send". ๐ค
The information will be directly reported to our team and saved to track issues during class and assess the most appropriate technical interventions. ๐
However, we provide steps for each option so you can adjust and verify technical data to improve call quality in future classes. ๐
- The call keeps breaking up: May occur when the connection is not suitable for the session. We recommend accessing the following article and instructions to improve the connection during conversation classes. ๐
- Microphone noise: This issue may arise due to external background noise and/or poor microphone connection. We recommend attending your classes in a quiet place without external distractions and verifying the correct microphone connection. This article explains the steps to follow. ๐๏ธ
- Poor audio quality / Poor video quality: Both issues may occur due to an inadequate network connection for classes and/or external devices used (headphones, webcam). We recommend following this guideline. ๐ถ
