🚫 Keep in mind that using a VPN could block access to the platform.
MOBILE:
If you prefer to use your mobile phone 📱, simply access the Twenix platform through the browser. We suggest Safari or Chrome on iOS devices and Chrome on Android devices:
🍎 iOS Devices: Make sure you have version 14.2 or higher, and we recommend using Safari or Chrome.
🤖 Android Devices (minimum version 8): Always use the latest version of Google Chrome for optimal performance.

🚫 Please avoid accessing from the Outlook browser, as it is not recommended.
If the call is disconnected due to browser blocks or closure, no problem! Just re-access the platform and re-enter the class.
It is recommended to attend classes in a quiet and isolated place that can guarantee a good connection. Any background noise and interruptions in the connection (especially if you are connecting with a mobile phone) could prevent the lesson from taking place.
