PC / COMPUTER:
- Access from your personal or corporate computer (make sure there are no access restrictions).
- Connect to a personal or corporate WiFi network for a stable connection.
- Use the latest version of Google Chrome as your browser.
- It's always recommended to use headphones for high-quality sound.
- Make sure to enable microphone and camera permissions for a complete experience (click here to discover how to enable permissions).
MOBILE:
If you prefer to use your mobile phone, simply access the Twenix platform through the browser. We suggest Safari or Chrome on iOS devices and Chrome on Android devices:
- iOS Devices: Make sure you have version 14.2 or higher, and we recommend using Safari or Chrome.
- Android Devices (minimum version 12): Always use the latest version of Google Chrome for optimal performance.
- Don't forget to use headphones for exceptional sound quality.
- Enable microphone and camera permissions for a seamless experience (click here to discover how to enable permissions).
🚫 Keep in mind that using a VPN could block access to the platform.
AVOID ACCESSING FROM THE FIREFOX BROWSER, AS IT IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH THE PLATFORM.
If the call is disconnected due to browser blocks or closure, no problem! Just re-access the platform and re-enter the class.
It is recommended to attend classes in a quiet and isolated place that can guarantee a good connection. Any background noise and interruptions in the connection (especially if you are connecting with a mobile phone) could prevent the lesson from taking place.
