To ensure an optimal experience with your classes, make sure to activate both the camera and the microphone to be able to see and hear the teacher. 📸🎙️

WINDOWS - CHROME
- Click on the lock 🔒 located in the upper left corner of your screen.
- Activate the two corresponding options (keep in mind that in some browsers, the configuration may vary).
Remember that it is essential to enable both permissions, even if you do not plan to use the camera in that class! 😉
Having trouble finding the camera and microphone options? Don't worry! Here's how to fix it:
- Open your Google Chrome browser settings.
- Navigate to "Settings" > "Privacy and Security" > "Site Settings".
- Select "platform.twenix.com" from the list.
- Make sure to enable the Camera and Microphone options.

- Access the website https://twenix.com/,

In the top bar, click on the 'Safari' option and then on 'Settings for twenix.com..',
- A central popup will appear; enable the permissions for the camera and microphone (Allow):

We recommend checking and selecting the correct audio input/output option during the configuration test (after joining the class). The platform automatically detects if you have headphones connected or are using the device's audio, but please ensure that the selected option is correct:
