- Click on the three dots at the top right and select "Settings".
- Select "Site Settings".
- You'll see the options to enable "Camera" and "Microphone" permissions. Make sure they are turned on.

If these permissions are already in use, the platform will not allow the session to connect.
Remember, it's important to perform the configuration test when you access your class to check and ensure that the permissions are correctly enabled.

The platform automatically detects if you have headphones connected or are using the device's audio, but PLEASE ENSURE THAT THE SELECTED OPTION IS CORRECT.
