- Access the Twenix website and log in to your profile.
- In the bottom bar, you can access the camera and microphone settings and permissions by clicking on the three vertical dots or the corresponding icon, which is usually located on either the right or left side of bottom bar **(usually “AA” and “Site settings”).
- Select "Camera" and "Microphone" by enabling access to the website.
** There indications may vary depending on the model and version of the Safari/Chrome browsers.
We recommend checking that no other applications or pages are using the microphone or camera.
If these permissions are already in use, the platform will not allow the session to connect.
Remember, it's important to run the configuration test when you access your class to check and ensure that the permissions are properly enabled.
WARNING! During the configuration test, when clicking "Check connection", speak to verify that your microphone is correctly configured.
The platform automatically detects if you have headphones connected or are using the device's audio, but PLEASE ENSURE THAT THE SELECTED OPTION IS CORRECT.
