STEP TO PERFORM THE CONFIGURATION TEST
- Access your class and click on "Call settings".
- Make sure that the input and output audio match your configuration.
- Click the "Check connectivity" button to start the configuration test, just wait for a bit...
- The platform will show you if your audio, camera, browser, and connection settings are correct.
(If you choose the video mode class option, remember to turn on your camera)
WARNING! When clicking "Check connection", speak to verify that your microphone is correctly configured.
The platform automatically detects if you have headphones connected or are using the device's audio, but PLEASE ENSURE THAT THE SELECTED OPTION IS CORRECT.
