Check the devices you can use to access your classes
To ensure a smooth experience in your class, we recommend accessing from your personal PC and from a personal (home) Wi-Fi network.
Technical requirements to access from PC:
- Log in from a personal and/or corporate computer (ensure there are no access restrictions).
- Access from a personal (home) and/or corporate Wi-Fi network (ensure there are no access restrictions).
- Use the Google Chrome browser (its latest version).
- Use headphones for better sound quality.
- Enable microphone and camera permissions.
**The use of a VPN may block access to the platform, check the technical errors that may arise in this case.**
We recommend using Safari or Chrome on iOS devices and Chrome on Android devices.
Technical requirements to access from mobile:
- If your device is iOS, you will need version 14.2 or higher to enjoy this functionality (we recommend accessing from Safari and Chrome).
- On Android devices (minimum version 8), always use the latest version of Google Chrome.
- Use headphones for better sound quality.
- Enable microphone and camera permissions.
🚫 We do not recommend accessing from the Outlook browser, as there may be performance issues.
Remember that if the call is interrupted due to a phone lock or browser closure, yo don't need to worry! Simply log back into the platform and return to class.
