To join your class, follow these simple steps:
- Access our platform through https://www.twenix.com/ and log in.
- In the "Home" section, you will find the button for direct access to your class under "Enter the class".
Write a message in the class chat to let the teacher know you are ready to receive the call.
After greeting you, the teacher will place the call.
WARNING! If you are doing activities on the platform while waiting to join the session, please refresh the page so the class access button becomes available (it is enabled within 5 minutes before the start time).
If you arrive at the class, and the teacher is not present, don't worry. Wait up to 4 minutes after the start time. After those 4 minutes, the platform will ask if you want to wait a few more minutes or close the class. If you choose to close it, the class will be refunded to your account.

It is recommended to attend classes in a quiet and isolated place that can guarantee a good connection. Any background noise and interruptions in the connection (especially if you are connecting with a mobile phone) could prevent the lesson from taking place.
