After making your reservation, you just have to wait for the day and time of your class to take place
To join your class, follow these simple steps:
- Access our platform through ➡️ https://www.twenix.com/ and log in. 💻🔑
- In the "Home" section, you will find the button for direct access to your class under "Next class".
The access button will be available 5 minutes before the start of the lesson (the box for the next class will be highlighted in blue). If it doesn't appear, refresh the page to activate the class entry button. 👉🔄
- You can also access the class from the link included in the notification email we send 5 minutes before the session starts. 📧🕐
- Click the button, and you're ready to get started! 🚀
You will receive a call from the teacher directly from this page. Just accept the call and start the conversation. 🗣️💬
IMPORTANT: If you are engaging in activities on the platform while waiting for the class access button, go to the "Home" section > click to activate the session access button (refresh the page to update the platform).
❗If you arrive at the class, and the teacher is not present, don't worry. Wait up to 4 minutes after the start time. After those 4 minutes, the platform will ask if you want to wait a few more minutes or close the class. If you choose to close it, the class will be refunded to your account. 😉

It is recommended to attend classes in a quiet and isolated place that can guarantee a good connection. Any background noise and interruptions in the connection (especially if you are connecting with a mobile phone) could prevent the lesson from taking place.
