How the refund policy for missed classes works
At Twenix, we understand that unexpected events and work or personal commitments may arise that could make it difficult to attend a class you have booked. We completely understand this situation.
We want to remind you that, regardless of the reason (whether it's forgetfulness or unforeseen circumstances in general), if you are unable to attend a booked class, unfortunately, it will not be possible to refund or reschedule it. Your understanding in this matter is very valuable to us. 🌟
We want to emphasise that our policies are designed to ensure fair compensation for our valuable teachers, who dedicate time and effort to prepare each class, regardless of it taking place. For this reason, the option to reschedule a class is available only if it is cancelled at least two hours in advance.

What happens if a class is interrupted?
Please note that if a lesson is interrupted due to a work-related reason (such as a last-minute meeting), a personal matter, or a connection issue with your device or network - essentially, for any reason external and not attributable to the platform - it will not be possible to refund or reschedule the session, and it will be marked as lost.
📝 Important: Our policies are designed to fairly compensate our teachers, who dedicate time and effort to preparing each lesson, regardless of its completion. For this reason, the option to reschedule a lesson is only available if the interruption is due to a technical problem with the platform or a connection issue on the teacher's side.
To receive feedback from your teacher and for the lesson to be considered valid, some minimum requirements must be met during the session (such as a minimum class duration of 15 minutes). ⏳
**All sessions left early for work or personal reasons cannot be considered valid or eligible for rescheduling.**
