There might be a time when you need to cancel one of your classes to reschedule it for another day.
If you want to cancel your class and avoid losing it, it's important to follow the process with at least a two-hour notice (cancellation policy).

- Access our platform through https://platform.twenix.com/auth/login and log in with your username.
- On the home screen, in the "Home" section, go to "Next class".
- Select the reservation you need to cancel/modify and click "Amend booking" > "Cancel booking" > "Cancel booking":
There you go! 🎉 You've successfully cancelled your class. Now, if you prefer, you can book another class for a more convenient time 🙌.
With the "Amend date/time" option, you can modify the date/time of the booked class; more information can be found here. 😃
