If you want to cancel your class and avoid losing it, it’s important to complete the process at least two hours in advance (cancellation policy).
Log in to our platform at https://platform.twenix.com/auth/login using your credentials.
On the home screen, go to the "Book" section and scroll down to the bottom of the page.
Select the class reservation you want to cancel by clicking "Amend booking">"Cancel booking".
Finally, confirm the action and make sure the changes have been saved correctly in your account.
