How refunds for cancelled classes works
If you need to cancel or reschedule a class that you have already booked, we ask that you do so at least two hours in advance. This way, we can process the corresponding refund. Terms and conditions for cancelling a class
Remember that we will not be able to issue refunds for classes cancelled with less than two hours' notice. Additionally, if you decide to be absent during the class or to leave without completing it, unfortunately, we will not be able to issue refunds.
If you try to cancel a class with less than two hours' notice, you will see a pop-up message reminding you that if you continue with the cancellation process, the class will be considered lost.
