How do I book a class / Hello Twenix?
To book a class on the platform, follow these steps:
- Click on the "Book" section. You'll find a calendar with available dates ποΈ
- Choose the day and time that suits you best for your class, and also select the mode you prefer (Video call π₯ / Audio only π§).
- Click on "Confirm" to finalize the reservation.

How do I access the class?
In the "Home" section, under "Next speaking classes", you'll find the cards for your reserved classes.
The access button will be available for your next class 5 minutes before the lesson starts (the card for the reserved class will be marked in blue).
If not, refresh the page to activate the class entry button. π

How do I enable microphone and camera permissions?
When you access the class for the first time, Google Chrome will ask for access to the camera and microphone. You can also grant access from:
- The padlock in the upper left corner
- Browser settings

What do I do if I can't attend the class?
If you can't attend your class you can:
- Reschedule (with a minimum of two hours in advance): choose another date when you're available!
- Cancel (with a minimum of two hours in advance): remember that if you cancel two hours or less before its start, you'll lose the session.π
