Once your profile is registered on the platform, you can book your level-assignment class
Booking the "Hello Twenix!" class is very simple, follow these steps:
- Access our platform and log in to your account.
- Click on "Book" on the left side of the screen. A calendar with all available dates will appear!
- Choose the day and time that best fits your schedule for your class.
You will need to choose the class modality:
- Only Audio: You will receive an audio call and can connect with your headphones or from your PC/mobile speakers.❗Make sure to enable the microphone and camera; this article explains how to do it.
- Video Call: (if this option is included in your training plan) You will receive a video call from your teacher.❗Make sure to enable the microphone and camera; this article explains how to do it.
Remember that if you need to cancel the reservation, you must do so at least 2 hours in advance!
Great! Now, all that's left is to wait. You will receive a confirmation email with all the session details, and you can add it to your Google, Yahoo, Office 365, or Outlook calendar 😉
