What it means to interrupt a class without completing it
At Twenix, we understand that technical, work-related, or personal issues can sometimes arise, affecting the progress of a lesson. 🚫📱💻
Please note that if a lesson is interrupted due to a work-related reason (such as a last-minute meeting), a personal matter, or a connection issue with your device or network—essentially, for any reason external and not attributable to the platform—it will not be possible to refund or reschedule the session, and it will be marked as lost.
📝 Important: Our policies are designed to fairly compensate our teachers, who dedicate time and effort to preparing each lesson, regardless of its completion. For this reason, the option to reschedule a lesson is only available if the interruption is due to a technical problem with the platform or a connection issue on the teacher's side.
To receive feedback from your teacher and for the lesson to be considered valid, some minimum requirements must be met during the session (such as a minimum class duration of 15 minutes). ⏳
**All sessions left early for work or personal reasons cannot be considered valid or eligible for rescheduling.**
