To request a refund, simply access your order on our website, identify the item(s) you wish to return, and send us an email to support@twenix.es. In the email, please provide the order reference, your complete information, and the reason for the return. We are here to facilitate this process.
Once we receive your request, we will verify that the items match the original order information. If everything is in order, we will proceed to refund the money you paid. We will do this via the same payment method you made the initial payment - either through your credit card or by bank transfer if necessary. This process will not take more than one month. 🤝💰
Remember that you have a period of 1 month from the date you placed the order to request a refund. This date will also be specified on the invoice we send you. We want to ensure that you have a satisfactory experience with Twenix at all times.
