From the navigation bar
Click on the settings icon located in the top-left corner of your screen (navigation bar).
Enable both corresponding options (camera and microphone).
From your browser’s general settings
Open the settings of your Google Chrome browser.
Go to “Settings” → “Privacy and security” → “Site settings.”
Search for and select “platform.twenix.com” in the list of sites.
Make sure that the camera and microphone permissions are set to “Allow.”
We recommend checking that no other applications or pages are using the microphone or camera.
If these permissions are already in use, the platform will not allow the session to connect.
SAFARI (Mac)

- Access the website https://twenix.com/
- In the top bar, click on the "Safari" option and then on "Settings for twenix.com..".
- A pop-up window will appear in the center of the screen. Enable the camera and microphone permissions by selecting “Allow.”
We recommend checking that no other applications or pages are using the microphone or camera.
If these permissions are already in use, the platform will not allow the session to connect.
WARNING! During the configuration test, when clicking "Check connection", speak to verify that your microphone is correctly configured.
The platform automatically detects if you have headphones connected or are using the device's audio, but PLEASE ENSURE THAT THE SELECTED OPTION IS CORRECT.
