Are you experiencing issues accessing the class?
If you're having trouble accessing your class π« and the button isn't showing up or isn't functioning correctly, don't worry!
To fix it, we recommend:
- Refresh the page π and it will be updated (the button to access the course will be available 5 minutes before the session starts).
- Access the class from the link you will receive by e-mail 5 minutes before the start of the session.
- Access the class from the notification bell (in your profile) at the top right.
β To avoid any issues, we recommend following these steps:
- Always access from a personal computer π»
- Connect to a personal (home) WiFi network πΆ
- Use the Google Chrome browser, updated to its latest version π
