Are you experiencing issues accessing the class?
If you're having trouble accessing your class 🏫 and the button isn't showing up or isn't functioning correctly, don't worry!
To fix it, we recommend:
- Refresh the page 🔄 and it will be updated (the button to access the course will be available 5 minutes before the session starts).
- Access the class from the link you will receive by e-mail 5 minutes before the start of the session.
- Access the class from the notification bell (in your profile) at the top right.
✅ To avoid any issues, we recommend following these steps:
- Always access from a personal computer 💻
- Connect to a personal (home) WiFi network 📶
- Use the Google Chrome browser, updated to its latest version 🌐
