Each of our packs has a specific expiration date. This means that after this date, you will not be able to access the course's content. Don't worry, we will always inform you about the expiration date before you purchase the pack, right in the product description on our website and platform.
Once you make the payment for the pack, it will be activated automatically on the same day. From that moment on, you can start enjoying all the knowledge we have prepared for you.
It is important to note that after confirming your order, you will not be able to make modifications or cancellations through our website. If you need to make any changes, please contact our Support team. We will be happy to assist you with whatever you need.
Remember that we can only modify or cancel your order if you have not yet started using the service you purchased. If you have already partially enjoyed the course or service, don't worry, we can still help you resolve any concerns.
To request a refund, simply access your order on our website, identify the item(s) you wish to return, and send us an email to support@twenix.es. In the email, please provide the order reference, your complete information, and the reason for the return. We are here to facilitate this process.
Once we receive your request, we will verify that the items match the original order information. If everything is in order, we will proceed to refund the money you paid. We will do this via the same payment method you made the initial payment - either through your credit card or by bank transfer if necessary. This process will not take more than one month.
Remember that you have a period of 1 month from the date you placed the order to request a refund. This date will also be specified on the invoice we send you. We want to ensure that you have a satisfactory experience with Twenix at all times.
