If you’re having trouble accessing your class because the button isn’t appearing or isn’t working properly, don’t worry!
Here’s what we recommend to fix it:
- Refresh the page and it will be updated (the button to access the course will be available 5 minutes before the session starts).
- Access the class from the link you will receive by email 5 minutes before the start of the session.
- Access the class from the notification bell (in your profile) at the top right.

- Always access from a personal computer.
- Connect to a personal (home) WiFi network.
- Use the Google Chrome browser, updated to its latest version.
