If you're having trouble accessing the platform, loading a page, signing in, or viewing some content correctly, clearing your browser's cookies and cache may help resolve the issue.
Cookies and cache store information related to the websites you visit. In some cases, this data may become outdated and cause functionality issues.
Below you'll find instructions for the most commonly used browsers:
GOOGLE CHROME
To clear cookies and cache in Google Chrome:
- Open Google Chrome.
- Click the three dots ⋮ in the top-right corner.
- Select Delete browsing data.
- Select the time range you want to delete. If you want to make sure all data is deleted, select All time.
- Select the following options:
- Cookies and other site data
- Cached images and files
- Click Delete data.
- Close and reopen Google Chrome.
- Access the platform again.
Important: When you delete cookies, you may be signed out of some websites and need to sign in again.

MICROSOFT EDGE
To clear cookies and cache in Microsoft Edge:
- Open Microsoft Edge.
- Click the three dots ⋯ in the top-right corner.
- Select Settings.
- Go to Privacy, search, and services.
- Under Clear browsing data, select Choose what to clear.
- Select the time range you want to delete. To delete all data, select All time.
- Select:
- Cookies and other site data
- Cached images and files
- Click Clear now.
- Close and reopen Microsoft Edge.
- Access the platform again.

SAFARI (if you're using Safari on a Mac)
To clear cookies and website data:
- Open Safari.
- In the menu bar at the top, select Safari > Settings.
- Click Privacy.
- Select Manage Website Data.
- Search for the website whose data you want to delete.
- Select the website and click Remove. You can also select Remove All to delete all data.
- Close and reopen Safari.
- Access the platform again.

SAFARI (if you're using Safari on an iPhone or iPad)
On an iPhone, you can clear your browsing history, cookies and cache from your device settings:
- Open Settings.
- Select Apps > Safari.
- Tap Clear History and Website Data.
- Confirm the action and select the time period you want to clear.
- Reopen Safari and try accessing the platform again.
