How are levels assigned?
Your first class on the platform is the Hello Twenix!, where you'll have a free conversation with a teacher who will assess you and assign a level.

Can I change my microcourse?
You can change your microcourse as long as you haven't booked or attended any of its classes.
How can I change a microcourse already selected?
Subsidised course - Do I have to complete the activities?
To have your course bonified, you must complete at least 75% of the classes in your course, meaning 75% of all microcourses combined.
Subsidised course - Where can I find the activities?
The activities will appear below each class of the microcourse.
However, if the "Bonus activities" section appears on the left side of your platform, you'll find them there.

How does class feedback work?
Teachers assess 4 skills during class (communication of ideas, fluency, vocabulary, and pronunciation) with a star system. The stars turn into points that will make you level up!
Also, they send corrections during class that will be recorded in your feedback so you can review them whenever you want.

In the "My path" section, you can select the class you want to consult the feedback on. Additionally, you will receive the feedback for each class by email.
How to review the feedback and corrections of completed classes
Do I accumulate the points I get after reaching 1800 to level up?
All accumulated points in excess will be added to the next level (the points that exceed 1800 in the last phase of levels Seed 4 - Early 6 - Growth 8 will be transferred directly to the next level after completing the microcourse). π
How can I progress and level up?
